These Terms of Use govern your use of the cleaners.network website and matching service (the "Service"), operated by Cleaners Network ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. What we are — and aren't

We are a matching and referral network. We are not a cleaning company, and the cleaners in the network are independent businesses — not our employees, agents or subcontractors. Any booking you make is a contract directly between you and the cleaning business, on the price and terms you agree with them. We never handle your payment to a cleaner.

2. Free for customers; commercial relationships with cleaners

The Service is free for customers. Cleaning businesses pay us fees for qualified leads or referrals. These commercial relationships don't change the price you pay a cleaner. We match within our network, which is not a complete list of every cleaner in Australia.

3. Vetting — what it does and doesn't mean

We check cleaning businesses at onboarding (including ABN, public liability insurance and references) and apply ongoing review standards. This is a meaningful filter, not a guarantee: we can't warrant any particular cleaner's work, conduct, availability or continued insurance status. Always satisfy yourself before booking, and confirm anything that matters (insurance, inclusions, guarantees) directly with the cleaner.

4. Quotes & outcomes

We can't guarantee that any particular number of quotes will arrive, that a cleaner will be available for your timing, or any particular result of a clean (including bond-back outcomes — final inspections are at your agent's or landlord's discretion). Pricing guidance on this site is indicative only; your quotes are the actual prices.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information in your request, to have authority to request work at the property concerned, and not to misuse the Service — including submitting spam or unlawful content, or attempting to interfere with the site's operation. Please arrange access details (keys, codes) directly with the cleaner you book, not through the form.

6. Cleaners' responsibilities

Cleaning businesses in the network are responsible for their own licensing, insurance, pricing, conduct, workmanship and compliance with consumer law. Issues with a clean should be raised with the business first; we'll help where we reasonably can, including rematching you and reviewing the business against network standards.

7. Intellectual property

The content, design, code and branding of this site are owned by us or our licensors. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy, reproduce or reuse its content without permission. Business names mentioned belong to their respective owners.

8. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service, including the acts or omissions of independent cleaning businesses you engage.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service means you accept the current version.
